Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of CD44 , CD54 , CD62P in peripheral blood with the development of latent glomerulonephritis .

目的：探讨隐匿型肾小球肾炎外周血粘附分子CD44、CD54、CD62P的表达与疾病的关系。

The positive rate of anti-MPO antibody in patients with various glomerular diseases was 0 % ~ 23.81 % . There was no positive plasma anti-MPO antibody in healthy controls or patients with latent glomerulonephritis , or hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis .

各种肾小球疾病中抗MPO抗体阳性率0%～23.81%，正常对照组、乙肝相关性肾炎和隐匿性肾炎中均未见抗MPO抗体阳性病例。

Methods Adhesion molecules ( AM ) CD44 , CD54 , CD62P in the peripheral blood were labeled with whole blood immunofluorescence direct-labeling technique and detected by flow cytometer ( FCM ) in 25 patients with latent glomerulonephritis and 35 controls .

方法：采用流式细胞全血免疫荧光直标术对25例隐匿型肾小球肾炎患者外周血进行CD44、CD54、CD62P标记后，上流式细胞仪检测。
